At Annascape Coaching, we combine cognitive, nutritional, and somatic tools to support personal growth and authentic living. Through a holistic, person‑centred approach, we create a safe and supportive space that helps you overcome doubts, limiting beliefs, or patterns that may be holding you back.
Our mission is to cultivate awareness and intention. We provide meditation tools to activate the parasympathetic nervous system – along with mindful cooking tutorials designed to nourish the body and spirit, enhancing wellbeing and daily presence.
Developing a positive relationship with yourself is central to this work. By reframing thoughts, exploring emotions, and navigating challenges with guidance and support, you can reconnect with your inner wisdom, build self‑trust, and live with clarity and confidence. What’s your blog about?
In our blog we explore the complexities of the mind, body and spirit. We research somatic processes, review psychological concepts and draw insights from various spiritual resources. We take a look at the lifestyle choices, nutritional health and belief systems that contribute to our emotional and cognitive well-being.
By blending knowledge from diverse methodologies, we aim to share conscious articles that help our readers gain a comprehensive understanding of both their individual journeys and our shared humanity. Allowing them to integrate this information into their experience, should they so choose.

About Anna
Having a thirst for knowledge, Anna enjoys researching modalities that are beneficial to personal development. Implementing the tools and theories that she has learnt has given her the strength to slay her own egoic saboteurs and overcome challenges that she had once believed to be impossible.
Adopting a keen interest in the connection between food and brain health, with training as a chef in a previous chapter of her life, and having attained a certificate in mental health and nutrition, Anna has some skills to play with nourishing recipes that can be of benefit to overall health and well-being.
Deepening her craft by completing a diploma in psychology & counselling, a hypnotherapy practitioner diploma, NLP master practitioner certificate, NZAB ILSU introductory breathwork training, an introductory art therapy course, and training in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as by developing her skills as a trauma-informed life, meditation & culinary coach, she continues to evolve and impart well-informed resources that may guide others to fulfil their ambitions.
