In our blog we explore the complexities of the mind, body and spirit. We research somatic processes, review psychological concepts and draw insights from various spiritual resources. We take a look at the lifestyle choices, nutritional health and belief systems that contribute to our emotional and cognitive well-being.

About Anna
Having a thirst for knowledge, Anna enjoys researching modalities that are beneficial to personal development. Implementing the tools and theories that she has learnt has given her the strength to slay her own egoic saboteurs and overcome challenges that she had once believed to be impossible.
Adopting a keen interest in the connection between food and brain health, with training as a chef in a previous chapter of her life, and having attained a certificate in mental health and nutrition, Anna has some skills to play with nourishing recipes that can be of benefit to overall health and well-being.
Deepening her craft by completing a diploma in psychology & counselling, a hypnotherapy practitioner diploma, NLP master practitioner certificate, NZAB ILSU introductory breathwork training, an introductory art therapy course and by developing her skills as a trauma-informed life, meditation & culinary coach, she continues to evolve and impart well-informed resources that may guide others to fulfil their ambitions.
